Privacy

This is the privacy notice for the Bilby marketing website (bilbyhealth.au). It is written in plain English and covers only this public website. It is deliberately short, because this site collects very little.

What the contact form collects

When you fill in the “Book your free diary review” form, your browser opens your own email app with the details you entered so you can send them to us. We receive only what you submit:

• Your name
• Your clinic name
• Which practice software you use
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)

We use these details for one purpose: to reply to you about a diary review and how Bilby could help your clinic. We don’t sell them, and we don’t add you to a marketing list without asking. Please don’t send us any patient details or health information — we don’t need them and don’t want them.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages people read. It is cookieless and privacy-first: it doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t fingerprint your device, and doesn’t track you across other websites. That’s why you won’t see a cookie banner here. We see aggregate, anonymous figures — page views and referrers — never anything that identifies you.

We don’t use tracking pixels, session recorders, or advertising retargeting.

Where your details go

Emails you send us are handled by our email provider. Form details travel by email only — there is no database behind this website. We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to follow up, then delete them.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts to display the page.

Your choices

You can ask us what enquiry details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email hello@bilbyhealth.au and we’ll action it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
